This week on The Building Talks podcast we caught up with Luke Mackintosh, of EY (Ernst & Young). Luke has over 20 years in the Corporate Real Estate Advisory space, leads the market on Built to Rent, and heads up an Award Winning Advisory Team.
Built to Rent has become a widely reported building project here in Melbourne with more and more developments being announced; this asset class is almost certain to have an impact on the Melbourne Skyline and we’ll see more and more tower cranes on our horizon as the BtR sector grows over the next few years.
