Tim Gurner has added another jewel to his crown, joining forces with the Liberman family to develop a 1.8-hectare site at the Docklands.

The world-class precinct, heralded as a destination venue, will feature:

  • Over 1,200 apartments
  • A 200-room hotel
  • A wellness precinct
  • Retail and commercial office space

The site is located at 208-226 Harbour Esplanade, opposite Marvel Stadium, and will be delivered in partnership with DHH consortium – led by Liberman’s, Qualitas Group, and other Melbourne families.

The development caps off a string of wins for Gurner, who recently opened offices in Sydney and Queensland as part of a 10-year strategic plan to diversify the business. The company has also expanded into South Australia, with plans to develop a 14,000 square metre site in the Adelaide CBD as part of a $1.25 billion mixed-use precinct project.
