Site Supervisor

Holding a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and a Diploma of Building and Construction, along with a Certificate III in Work Health and Safety, he has developed a strong foundation in site coordination and supervision within the construction industry. Over the past seven years, he has progressed from Site Administrator to Site Coordinator and now Site Supervisor, gaining extensive experience in site management, safety compliance, and project execution. With over four years in supervisory roles, he has honed his skills in overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining construction schedules.

He has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including high-rise apartments, commercial buildings, and multi-level car parks. Managing projects valued between $35M and $500M, he has played a key role in structural works, façade installations, and finishing stages. His experience includes coordinating large-scale residential developments, luxury hotels, and urban infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.

In his most recent role, he has been responsible for supervising subcontractors, enforcing compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating site logistics. He has successfully managed project milestones, collaborated closely with project managers, and implemented efficiency-driven solutions to maintain progress. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure, he brings a proactive approach to site management and problem-solving.

With his background in site supervision and project coordination, he is well-suited for roles such as Site Supervisor or Site Manager, particularly within large-scale residential and commercial developments ranging from $50M to $250M.
