Site/Project Engineer – Contract/Temp – commercial building

This experienced Project Engineer has been working across the upper Tier two and Tier one commercial construction sectors over the last six years. His projects include new build, fit-out project works across prisons, commercial buildings, apartments, student accommodation, and government or institutional clients on projects valued up to $150 million.
Having held his current project engineering role for the last three years, he is seeking an opportunity to step out of a permanent position and work as a temporary or short-term contractor (temp worker) to be exposed to a wider variety of projects and people across the upper Tier two or Tier one commercial construction sector.
His long-term ambition is to set himself up as a Construction Consultant and is seeking projects for three to six months at a time to build his network and gather more experience across a wider variety of projects. Key skills include:
- Engaging with subcontractors
- Design coordination
- On-site engineering
- Building services, structural façade, and interiors works
- Quality assurance
- Liaison with all Site Coordinators
