Site Manager – Tier 1 (Structures Specialist)

As you would expect from a Tier one Site Manager, this individual has all the characteristics required to lead large-scale projects that reach in excess of $200 million.
Having worked across some of the largest projects Melbourne has seen rise on the Melbourne skyline over the last four to five years, and having worked with some of the most reputable Tier one builders, this Site Manager is seeking a new challenge in delivering high-rise towers in excess of 60 to 70 storeys in height.
A background as a specialist Structures Manager, or having held a role as a Structures Foreman for a number of years, he has recently moved into site management positions and has delivered a hotel and built-to-rent project.
In total, he has in excess of 20 years of experience extensively within the high-rise residential and commercial construction spaces, primarily he has worked in Australia but has also some overseas experience having worked in London, UK for two or three years in the past. Key skills include:
- Management of the entire project
- A specialist in structure, including alley max, crane, precast, Labor, deliveries, substructure, and structural work works
- Contractor management
- Programming and planning of works
- Coordinating all site activities within strict health and safety parameters
