This well-experienced Building Services Manager holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management.
His experience spans 11 years across construction, primarily dealing with mechanical and electrical services which include HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, hydraulic, and building management systems, and covers a variety of projects including hospitals, shops, supermarkets, hotels, residential buildings, and pharmaceutical buildings.
Currently working Client-Side for a well-known pharmaceutical development organization here in Melbourne, he is seeking to step into a role within a head contract, commercial construction builder. Key skills include:
- Hydraulics, fire protection, mechanical and electrical installation, and commissioning
- Coordination with contractors with regards RFIs and managing queries as required
- Lead technical stakeholder meetings between engineering, consultancies, and subcontractors
- Drive all elements of the design and construction process in relation to MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building services).
- Prepare technical submissions, design calculations, shop drawings, and Method Statements.
