This Senior Site Manager is honest, reliable, and straight shooting. Builds solid rapport with the subbies and trades on sites and knows how to get real quality out of a job yet drive the build as quickly as safely possible.
As a Site Manager, in the last 10 years, he has delivered Aged Care, Hospitals, High Rise Apartments, Industrial Developments, and Education builds, on projects valued from $5M through to $100M+.
Immediately available due to the Covid-Pandemic, this Site Manager is comfortable operating as Foreman, Site Manager, or Senior Site Manager, either employed or on an hourly temporary/contract arrangement.
Well-liked and respected by his peers whilst heavily relied on to deliver by his managers, this Senior Site Manager is comfortable working on large, pressurised builds, never stopping to complain or take a breath.
Commencing his career as a Carpenter, he has delivered sub-structure, super-structure, facades, and all internal works. With positive feedback from people who he has worked for, those that have worked with him, and those that have reported to him he would likely work well in a 2 or 3 builder. Key skills include:
- Developing good working relationships on site
- Ability to drive a program, under pressure and tight deadlines
