A Senior Level Site Manager has been operating for 20 years within Melbourne’s commercial construction industry for some of the most highly regarded Top Tier commercial builders in Melbourne, and for some of the industry’s most respected leaders.
He commenced his career as a Carpenter, progressing into a Foreman role in the early 2000’s and stepping up into a Senior Site Manager over a decade ago.
As a Site Manager, he has led projects as the lead SM on jobs valued up to $150 million and has delivered projects across retail/shopping centres, health/medical/hospital facilities, Universities & research buildings, and high-rise commercial, residential and student accommodation builds.
Currently delivering a $90M high-rise, he is seeking an organization in the upper Tier Two space as a Senior Site Manager or potentially, he’d consider a Construction Manager role with a smaller organization (T3/T4) who might be open to the idea of utilising his construction knowledge, leadership skills, and technical foresight for the betterment of their organisation. Key skills include:
