Senior Estimator – Tier 2 or 3 | PLACED

A vastly experienced Senior Estimator with in excess of 20 years of pricing and winning jobs across the top Tier two market sector for some of Melbourne’s most reputable principal building contractors.

Boasting just 5 employers since commencing his Estimating career 20+ years ago – all of whom are household names in Melbourne’s construction industry.

Successfully awarded projects include apartments, schools, hospitals, government buildings, institutional builds, and values between $5M to $100M.

This Senior Estimator is a unique ‘unicorn’ candidate – very rare, highly sought after – currently open to opportunities in Melbourne’s commercial construction head contracting market sector.

Perfectly suited to any Senior Estimating role outside of the Tier one sector, he is ideally seeking a Senior Estimating role which allows him to work from home one or two days per week; he is well set up to work from his home office.

Ideally suited to a Senior Estimating position, not overly keen on Estimating Management, but as a likeable and engaging Senior Estimator would be an excellent mentor and role model for junior or less experienced Estimators. Key skills include:

• Pricing and winning projects on a D&C and Hard dollar / Lump sum contracts
• Well-versed pricing and winning work as a Lead Estimator on projects from $5M to $100M
• An engaging and enjoyable individual to operate within a business culture – an industry mentor
• Total responsibility for pricing and tendering projects
