This senior-level Estimator (Quantity Surveying background) has been plying his trade as an Estimator across the fit-out and new build space on projects up to $20M since 2018.
Having commenced his career in construction in 2013, he has held both Client-Side Quantity Surveying positions as well as more recently estimating roles – working for local and overseas QS consulting firms.
Well presented, perfect communicator, career-focused, and with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and as an AIQS affiliate, he is currently seeking a new challenge within an organization in the Tier two or three sector.
He is open to Estimating or a new challenge as a Contract Administrator and given his experience across both fit-out and new build he has worked on a variety of projects.
Within new build, but specialises in Industrial projects, whereas in fit-out he has worked across the office, sports, or medical suites. He is an excellent candidate at a very good market price. Key skills include:
- Preparing scopes of works cost plans for design and construct projects
- Obtaining prices from suppliers’ consultants and subcontractors
- Reviewing commercial conditions, agreements, and contracts
- Preparing tender submissions and negotiations
- Review subcontractors’ quotes and RFIs
- Preparing prelim construction program and site layout plans
