With over a decade in the construction industry since 2005, this former Melbourne-based construction professional boasts a wealth of experience. Holding a BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management, he began as a Site Engineer and steadily progressed through various roles, showcasing his career development.

His projects span diverse sectors, including retail, commercial, residential, education, leisure, healthcare, and industrial. Operating in civil, construction, and fit-out markets, he’s tackled projects with values ranging from $250k to over $80 million.

In his most recent role as a Project Manager, he excelled in client relations, design review, program tracking, and subcontractor management. Simultaneously managing multiple projects at various stages, he ensured cost control and financial success. Notable projects include office refurbishments, office construction management, and a lobby refurbishment, with values up to $3 million.

Armed with skills in relationship management, team leadership, design review, and contract management, he’s well-suited for Senior Contract Administrator, or Contracts Manager roles. With expertise in projects of varying types and values, particularly office refurbishments and commercial management, he’s an excellent fit for projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million.

Currently, this Australian Citizen is seeking a part-time, fully remote work arrangement due to family health commitments, that have made it necessary for him to be based overseas, for the foreseeable future. Despite this, he is keen to remain working in the Australian construction markets.
