Cutting their teeth overseas, initially delivering projects within piling and seismic upgrades, this candidate transitioned into apartment and commercial builds, gaining direct exposure to everything from QA and subcontractor management to waterproofing, fit-out and façade works. Most recently, they’ve worked in Melbourne on complex data centre projects, delivering under pressure with multiple rigs running simultaneously and tight turnarounds expected. Their real value?
