Project Coordinator | New Build, Fit out and Refurb 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (Honours) and a Diploma of Building and Construction, this experienced Project Coordinator has steadily progressed through the commercial construction industry. Beginning as a Site Inspector and later gaining hands-on experience in joinery installation, he transitioned into a Project Coordinator role, taking on increasing levels of responsibility over nearly four years. Most recently, he has stepped into project management responsibilities, overseeing refurbishment and new-build projects valued between $1.5M and $10M.

He has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from retail refurbishments and commercial developments to industrial facilities. His experience spans both design and construct, as well as construction-only projects, managing scopes between $1.5M and $10M. His ability to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients from the early design stages through to project completion has ensured seamless project execution and strong stakeholder relationships.

In his current role, he is responsible for project forecasting, contract administration, and cost reporting, alongside managing project documentation and compliance requirements. He has demonstrated expertise in coordinating subcontractor procurement, preparing variations, and maintaining project registers. Known for his problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously, he is also recognised as a highly driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Suited to Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager roles, he is best placed on commercial new builds and refurbishments within the $2M–$10M range, where his experience in both client and subcontractor management will add immediate value.
