Junior Contract Administrator | Commercial Construction | $75K + super

Currently working as a Project Administrator, but also gets involved in some contract administration duties. This young construction professional is seeking an opportunity as a Contract Administrator, where she is responsible for all CA duties across the expectations of the role.

Her experience covers end-to-end project coordination from initial tendering all the way through to project closure and includes tender analysis and recommendations to prepare responses and applying for tenders. A good communicator, engaging, and with a civil engineering degree.

Her skills and experiences span a variety of projects up to $2 million, within the modular construction space.

Well suited to a smaller Tier three or Tier four builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Administrator, she is essentially looking for a role to develop further and to become more exposed to a wider variety of bigger value projects – she’s keen to learn and develop so suited to a builder who have the structure and mentoring capability to develop her potential. Key skills include:

• Monitoring and updating registers

• Material quantities preparation and assisting in the procurement of materials Provide administrative support to the project manager and engineering

• Obtaining building permits Compliance Certification and occupancy documents

• Invoicing and accounts payable and receivable and preparing and finalising payroll
