A highly versatile Foreman or Site Supervisor acting as a number two under a Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects, or as a Site Manager on a project in the sub $5 million project range.
This individual has a trade background, a Certificate in Building and Construction, and a Diploma in Project Management. Commencing his career working within a large international Tier one builder here in Melbourne.
He was exposed to projects within the public sector, such as police stations, libraries, and he spent some time working on a large-scale and apartment building project.
Over the last four years, he has been working as a Project Manager within the luxury high-end home building sector, building projects up to $2 million and managing four to five projects at any given time.
Well polished, enthusiastic and professional in appearance, he is now seeking an opportunity as a head contractor within the Tier two or Tier three space to gain more exposure on a variety of projects and to work within a strong team culture. Key skills include:
- Delivery of a broad and varied group of projects from concept and design management through to completion
- Management of budgets, forecasts, and variations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations including project programming
- Managing risk and HSE (Health Safety and Environment) requirements on site
