A highly regarded and high-performing Estimator and Cost Planner who has been working within the Tier one commercial head contracting space for the last five years, and within a quantity surveying consulting firm for multiple years prior to that.
Degree qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Building Design and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management, he is currently seeking a part-time estimating role on a contract basis to support his ongoing training/education work he is undertaking.
He is well suited to any commercial builder that is seeking part-time assistance – perhaps 15-20 hours per week or more at the weekend. Key skills include:
- Cost planning
- Value Engineering
- Data analysis and cost control as well as subcontractor quoting tender strategies and monitoring of construction costs
- BOQ’s
- Take-offs
