Holding a Master’s Degree in Construction and Project Management and a background in architecture, she has steadily progressed in her career, gaining valuable experience across contract administration and project management roles. With over six years in the industry, she has worked as a Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, building expertise in procurement, financial management, and stakeholder coordination. Her career has included roles within both builder and developer environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on project delivery from inception to completion.

She has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including new-build mid-rise apartments, commercial and retail developments, schools, and social housing. Her experience spans projects valued from $3M refurbishments to $46M developments. Working across early contractor involvement (ECI) and traditional construction models, she has successfully navigated challenges in budget management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration. Notably, she has played a key role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational execution of projects, maintaining quality and compliance at every stage.

In her most recent roles, she has taken on higher-level responsibilities, including managing procurement schedules, administering project finances, and preparing financial reports. She has demonstrated strong leadership in working with subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and identifying value management opportunities.
