His expertise spans various sectors, including leisure, high-rise residential, healthcare, and major infrastructure construction.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, from a 17-storey student accommodation at £30 million to a two-storey leisure complex worth £17 million. In these roles, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing subcontractor accounts, handling procurement, issuing payment notices, processing payments, and tracking variations. He also excels in cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Notably, he has contributed to the success of several tenders during his time in pre-construction.

In his most recent role as a Quantity Surveyor, he has taken on higher-level responsibilities, including the procurement of key packages, cost tracking of self-performed works, and the management of a substantial $20 million civils package. His proficiency in valuation, compensation events, and contract management has been instrumental in the success of projects.
