With 10 years experience working across Project Coordination, Contract Administration, and Site Administration within the new build, fit-out, and modular construction space, this current Contract Administrator is looking for an opportunity within a contractor who offers work-from-home flexibility due to child and childcare responsibilities.
Referred to the Building Environs Recruitment business by her former manager, who rated her extremely highly for any head contractor CA role; this CA is able to provide a four-day working week and a split of 50% of time working from home and 50% of hard time working in the office, this Contract Administrator will certainly add value to the next employer.
Currently working as a Contract Administrator, she is well suited to Tier three or Tier four head contractor organizations who require their Contract Administrators to wear multiple hats and to work across a variety of duties and responsibilities on one or multiple projects. Key skills include:
• Extremely well organised and efficient with time management
• Diligent and detailed
• Proficient with a range of software, including Cheops and Aconex
• Cost control, budget reviews, forecasting, preparation of subcontractors’ scopes of work
• Administration of claims, variations, and contract notices such as EOTs, NODs and RFIs
• Procurement and subcontractor selection
