Contract Administrator

This Contract Administrator has held roles as an Estimator across the head contracting Tier three sector and the sub-contracting space, for five years – with the last 6 months in a Contract Administrator position.

With his most recent role as a Contract Administrator, he has taken his detailed understanding of trades, scopes of work, negotiating, and letting packages to a new level.

His project experience spans VSBA schools, sector, sports, aquatic, and community buildings in addition to council and government-based projects – all in the sub $10 million market space.

Articulate, motivated, and keen to learn and progress, he is seeking a Contract Administrator role, whereby he can take his existing knowledge and skill set across all subcontractor packages and work to master the role of Contract Administrator over the next three to five years, before looking towards project management in the longer term.

With his background in estimating, he has a strong understanding of all subcontractor packages of work from substructure through structure and finishing trades, in addition to a good understanding of building services, and scopes of works.
