This Senior Project Manager also combines Quantity Surveyor experience, and is a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, professional environment and collaborating with colleagues, consultants, and clients to solve problems. This candidate has a strong focus on building good relationships and is comfortable working individually or leading a team.
Overseas project values range from £6M – £100M and cover a range of sectors including education, life sciences, student residential, build-to-rent, co-living, data centres, offices, and industrial and logistics. Their responsibilities have included pre and post-contract cost management, producing cost plans, tender analysis, and post-contract financial management.
The candidate’s education includes a First-Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from a leading UK university – but have progressed into Consulting Project Management over more recent years. Overall, this candidate is a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, who would be a valuable addition to any team.
He is currently seeking a Project Manager role in the Client-side project management space.
