Currently working as a Contract Administrator on the Client Side/Developer side, graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
He has since worked for a contractor and more recently for a Developer as a Contract Administrator, albeit on his current project he is working in the capacity as a client-side CA for an external client.
He has well-developed interpersonal skills and communicates really well with different people at different levels.
He has experience with AutoCAD, Cheops, Blue Beam, and Jobpac. Suited to Client-Side consultancy or for a Developer, he is likely to fit well into an organization as an Assistant Project Manager, working across a variety of projects with some suitable guidance and mentoring from a Senior Project Manager or Director. His key skills include:
- Preparation of scopes and tendering packages
- Negotiating contract conditions
- Preparing cost reports and cash flow statements
- Reviewing ITPs and quality documentation
- Preparing PCG reports and extension of times in (EOTs)
