Senior Site Manager | Tier 1, 2 & 3 Builders 

This candidate has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, progressing from an Apprentice Carpenter, to his current role of Senior Site Manager. In his time as Site Manager, he has delivered large-scale Tier 1 building projects – including towers, hospitals and retail developments, through to smaller government and institutional projects, sub-$30M. His experience in construction site management, paired with his qualifications, establishes him as a well-rounded and capable leader.

He has successfully delivered a range of large-scale projects, from high-profile commercial developments to significant educational and healthcare facilities. These include managing site works for a $100M+ correctional facility, and a $500+ million shopping centre. Further, he has overseen projects valued in the sub $10M value space, for a healthcare facility and as high as $500+ million for luxury residential developments. His focus on safety, compliance, and cost control has been integral to completing projects on time and within budget.

In his most recent roles, he has coordinated labour activities, managed sub-contractors, and ensured adherence to safety and regulatory standards. His responsibilities include overseeing site performance, managing timelines, and conducting HSE meetings and safety walks. Known for his strong leadership, and mentorship of less experienced Site Managers and Supervisors he excels in stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. His proactive approach to safety and quality control further strengthens his ability to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

This candidate is best suited for Senior Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor positions across the Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, or as a Foreman/Supervisor in the Tier 1 sector.
