Project Manager | Fit out / Refurb

With a solid background in business management and over a decade of experience in the construction (fit-out / Refurb) industry, this candidate brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Starting as a Project Engineer, he swiftly climbed the ranks, serving as a Senior CA, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and ultimately as the Owner of his own commercial construction company. Over the past 3.5 years, he has steered the company through challenging times, honing his skills across all facets of the project life-cycle, from tendering and bidding for work, to team growth (recruitment), design, contract and commercial management.

Throughout his career, he has managed a diverse range of projects, from new builds to fit-out and refurbishments – within the $1M – $15M project value range. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on WHSEQ management, he ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards while prioritizing client satisfaction. His leadership has driven successful outcomes, evidenced by his track record in financial management, bid proposals, and client relations.

In his recent roles, he has demonstrated strong leadership, overseeing project teams, managing finances, and driving business growth. His proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with his commercial acumen and commitment to excellence, sets him apart.
