This experienced professional offers an extensive background in trade supervision, coupled with a wealth of design and construct expertise. With a comprehensive skill set, including efficient communication, robust management, and exceptional organisational skills, he has over 30 years of industry experience. Starting as a diligent apprentice, he has risen through the ranks to Project Manager, via Supervisor and Site Manager roles – but who now seeks a role on large projects, as a Foreman / Supervisor.

In his tenure, he’s successfully managed diverse projects, demonstrating remarkable versatility. His project portfolio ranges from high-end apartments to complex commercial and residential developments, including a multi-million-dollar three-level basement structure with cold-shell commercial spaces and residential apartments. His achievements include ensuring on-site safety, overseeing the design development, efficient planning, budget tracking, and procurement excellence.

In his most recent role as a Project Manager, he has been overseeing a commercial and residential development, valued at $24 million. Historically, he has delivered apartment projects to $40M, Age Care to $45M, sports/Recreation and Aquatic projects to $30M, and education builds to $20M.

Despite his depth of experience as a Project Manager, he has made the decision to step back into a Supervisor or Foreman role so as to focus on the elements of project delivery that he really enjoys. He is suited to Tier 2 builders as a Foreman/Supervisor, and Tier 3 builders as a Site Manager.
