This experienced construction professional holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and holds a strong track record in the industry, spanning 15 years. He has consistently progressed through various roles, culminating in his current position as a Client-side Project Manager / Superintendent. Over the years, he has acquired expertise in project management, contract and procurement management, estimating, and cost planning, all of which have been honed through hands-on experience.

In terms of project exposure, he has successfully managed a wide array of projects, including Residential, Industrial, and Commercial Offices & Retail, with values ranging from $5M to $800M. His accomplishments include acting as Project Quantity Surveyor for a $350M residential development, providing Quantity Surveying services for a $300M airport project, and conducting Contract Administration and Project Management for the refurbishment of industrial warehouses worth $25-50M, among others.
