Senior CA or Project Manager | Apartments

This candidate is a highly skilled Project Manager in the smaller Tier 4 apartment building space, but more recently working as a Contract Administrator for a larger Tier 3 apartment specialist. With over 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, they have developed a keen eye for quality control and attention to detail. They have expertise in project management, procurement, and contract administration, and are familiar with key systems, including Bluebeam Revu, Cheops, MS Project, and SAP. 

Project Values range from $1M – $20M in value, including residential, townhouses, apartments, and childcare centre building projects. 

Their education and training include a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) from RMIT, a Certificate IV in Work Health & a Certificate IV in Business Development. They have experience working on various projects, such as residential renovations, townhouses, apartments, and commercial spaces, and have managed project teams and supervised sites. 

With their excellent communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders, they would be a valuable addition to any team in the commercial construction industry. They are currently working as a Contracts Administrator in a large Tier 3 apartment builder, where they have been responsible for project administration, budget and contract management, and communication and reporting.
