They have a strong network within the Victorian subcontractor market and are proficient in using relevant software packages such as Buildsoft, Cubit, EstimateOne/BidContender, Aconex, and Microsoft Excel. 

Project Values experiences range from $11M – $105M in value, including commercial buildings, social housing units, healthcare, and apartments. 

The candidate has held various roles in a well-renowned, award-winning Tier 3 builder, including Pre-Construction, Design Management and Estimating positions, and has gained valuable experience in procurement, budget proving, producing construction management plans, reviewing tenders, and conducting full project take-offs. They have also been involved in extensive value management and redesign to assist in progressing projects for construction, demonstrating their ability to find cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.  

Notable projects that the candidate has worked on include large apartments, a successful cinema building, apartment towers, and townhouses. The candidate played a crucial role in securing these projects through extensive value management, effective redesign of the basement retention system and superstructure, and partnering with another townhouse builder.
