In this week’s podcast episode, we’re joined by Mike Ashcroft. Mike is one of the Co-founders of EstimateOne, the web-based tendering platform that many construction professionals in Australia (especially those involved in estimating), will have been using (or at least, aware of), for a number of years.
EstimateOne is an Australian software company, which provides the construction industry with easier access and a more efficient tendering process and engagement between head contractors, and sub-contractors. Now expanding internationally, it is unquestionably the top, web-based estimate and support platform, in Australia.
We talked about how, over a couple of beers, EstimateOne was born, some of the challenges faced as the business grew into the market, how the software was improved and developed to better support the construction tender process – getting the answers to the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ EstimatOne has become the leading tender software in Australia.
