This Melbourne-based Contract Administrator has over five years of experience across the construction industry here in Australia. In his current role, he is working within a recognized Tier three, D&C head contractor, whilst previously he held roles working for specialist subcontractors servicing the Melbourne construction industry.
Registered with Engineers Australia, his project exposure spans a variety of public and private buildings across new build, fit-out, and some cladding works.
Currently seeking an opportunity within a larger Tier three or smaller sized Tier two head contractor, he would work well as part of an experienced team or be comfortable working on smaller projects in sub $5 million space as the sole Contract Administrator.
This CA is engaging and likeable and has plenty of potentials to fulfill within the right organization and within the right mentoring and support from more experienced seniors. Key skills include:
- Working on design and construct (DNC) contracts
- Raising RFIs
- Communication with clients and clients’ representations
