This vastly experienced Senior Contract Administrator has been operating across the commercial construction industry for the last 25 years. In that period of time, he has operated as Senior Contract Administrator, Commercial Manager, and Contracts Management across the Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 space.

He’s perfectly at home delivering all commercial and contractual works on smaller $30 to $40 million projects, through to large-scale $150 to $200 million jobs, acting as the Senior CA/Commercial Manager on that specific job.

Having reached this stage of his career, he is keen on an opportunity where he is able to mentor and train junior staff whilst also adding value to the operation of the organization within which he is employed.

Having worked across such a wide variety of Tier one and Tier two project types for an enviable list of employers with highly regarded reputations, he is well suited to a top Tier two builder in a Senior Contract Administration role, where he is given the opportunity to mentor and coach more Junior Contract Administrators within the organization.

He is not seeking a commercial or contract management role. And is very comfortable, site-based or head office-based administering multiple projects supporting and coaching juniors whilst overseeing one or multiple projects. Key skills include:
