Having graduated in early 2019, this Contract Administrator has been working for a highly regarded Tier three commercial building head contractor since then, working on multiple projects from start to finish – mostly in the Education sector.
Currently, she is delivering a VSBA school project as the sole CA on the project, with her project experiences sitting in the $3M – $15M bracket.
With a Master’s of Construction Management in addition to a Construction-related degree, she possesses excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with a keen drive and ambition to learn, develop and progress within her next employer.
Well suited to a Tier two commercial builder as one of the multiple CA’s on a large project, she has a four-week notice period and looking to commence a new role the moment a respected builder makes a suitable offer and one that can also demonstrate development and progression of existing CA’s. Key skills include:
- Preparation of subcontractor documentation
- Selection of subcontractor packages
- Preparing variations, claims, and monthly forecasting
- Evaluation of tender and preparing letting advice
- General contract administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders
