This vastly experienced Senior Site Manager has been delivering $150 million to $250 million high-rise apartment towers for over 15 years for some of Melbourne’s largest apartment builders.
From a structures background, his key strengths sit within substructure and civil works on major towers, however, over the last 5 years or so he has also undertaken interior and finishing works, giving him a rounded knowledge of all building elements.
He has a skill set well suited to delivering high-rise buildings, is comfortable across every stage of the construction process, and has been exposed to a variety of facade and structural building methods.
Well suited to a very Top Tier, high-rise builder, this Site Manager is one of few candidates with this level of experience currently open to a change in the current market. Key skills include:
- Civil and groundworks and structure
- Excellent organization planning and programming skills
- The ability to drive and push projects along at an impressive building pace within safe working methods
- Management and coordination of a large site and multiple subcontractors
- Comfortable across a variety of health & safety and QA software platforms
- Good industrial relationship skills
