This highly motivated and versatile Senior Development and Project Manager has maximised value in large-scale projects in London and across regional UK, during a career that has spanned in excess of 10 years.
In addition to experience working within a boutique yet large development organization within the UK, he has extensive Client-Side Project Management experience and he’s worked across a variety of different types of building assets, including multiple Build-to-Rent projects, Student Accommodation, and mixed-use developments.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction and Property and a Master’s in Construction Project Management, he is shortly arriving in Melbourne with a long-term work visa in place – he will require no employer sponsorship.
He is well suited to a Project Management role within a Developer, likely a developer that is delivering larger scale projects in excess of $50 million, across apartments, hotels, Build-to-Rent projects, or other mixed-use developments. Key skills include:
- Due diligence of sites
- Managing development budgets
- Preparing development scopes of works and briefs for major projects
- Undertaking environmental, social, and governance planning for development projects
- Selecting and appointing architects, consultants, and head contractors
- Managing projects for risk, cost, and quality items
