In this week’s podcast, we talk with Gemma Nugent – the Principal Lawyer at SoundLegal. She is a Construction, Engineering, and Consulting Contract Specialist. Gemma holds a unique perspective on the Construction & Property industry, having worked extensively with subcontractors, contractors, principals, and consultants on major infrastructure, construction, and consulting projects in both the private and public sectors.
Gemma started her legal career as the Associate to Justice Neville Owen at the Supreme Court of Western Australia before working as Corporate Council for International Engineering Consultancy, AECOM.
