This Senior Contract Administrator has been working in Quantity Surveying or CA roles for the last 20 years. His experience spans reputable Tier two and Tier three commercial head contractors and across new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects to the value of $50 million.
Within those market sectors, he has delivered projects across Airports, Hotels, Apartments/Towers, Health and Hospital projects, and is comfortable across all subcontractor packages from sub-structure through structure into façade and all internal works.
Uniquely, he is from a carpentry background but within five years of commencing his career on the tools, had moved into commercial contractual quantity surveying positions.
He now seeks a Senior Contract Administrator role or potentially a project management position within an organization that is looking to bring on his level of commercial and contractual experience. Key skills include:
- Procurement
- Value management
- Negotiation and selection of trades packages (all trades packages)
- Contract administration duties, such as variations, and progress claims
