Senior Site Manager – Health & Hospital projects

A vastly experienced Senior Site Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience delivering projects across Australia. Currently delivering a Data Centre but in the last three or four years, he has been delivering hospital projects as the Senior Site Manager, which had been valued up to $40 million.
Very well suited to Tier two contractors, he has exposure and experience delivering health, hospitals, and pharmaceutical projects in addition to working up airports and commercial towers.
His employer experience spans the Tier one and Tier two market sectors and he is well positioned to deliver projects up to $50 million as a Lead Senior Site Manager or work on much larger projects delivering an element of those projects such as a hospital – he has a preference to work for a Tier 2 builder.
His experience within the hospital space spans new emergency departments, new operating theatres, dialysis or renal facilities, birthing or birth facilities, in addition to dental clinics, chemotherapy spaces, and pathology departments. Key skills include:
- Driving and managing the program of the project
- Engaging with trades and contractors to yield successful and timely projects solutions
- Coordinating and managing trades
- Developing and directing foremen and supervisors to oversee work
- Delivering projects within health and safety processes
