Senior Contract Administrator – New build Tier 2 & 3 | PLACED

A well-presented, engaging, and very likeable, this Senior level Contract Administrator has both international and local experience.

Currently working within the Tier two new build sector here in Melbourne, he has experienced delivering projects internationally in excess of $100 million, but also more locally within a Tier 1, 2, and 3 space, delivering projects up to $15 million as the sole Contract Administrator, or as part of a team where projects are valued in excess of $30M.

Local project experience includes Defence, Health, Airport, Sports Facilities, Retail developments, as well as Aged Care. His international experience spans large infrastructure international Airports and High-rise towers.

Well suited to a Tier two or Tier three commercial building head contractor here in Melbourne, or the Client-Side Project Management space – he is an engaging, likable and reliable Contract Administrator that has shown a good deal of loyalty to former employers. Key strengths include:

• His ability to direct and supervise contracts and contract doors through award and through contract delivery stages
• In-depth experience in budgeting, through procurement and construction phases across all subcontractor packages
• Proactively able to identify contractual risk as well as commercial opportunities
• Has exposure and expertise to review contract documents evaluation of tenders cost review, project progress variation, quantity surveying claims, and counterclaims management
• Has leadership and decision-making experience and is comfortable with cost reporting and project financial reporting skills
