We also covered the challenges around procurement, resources, and staffing in the current market and looking forward through what looks to be a bit of a post-Covid boom stage in the construction industry.

Other things that we discuss in the podcast:

  • Dynamic of change so when it comes to the leadership elements
  • How good leadership plays a big part in successful project delivery
  • The MinterEllison project
  • Putting teams together that suit clients and projects
